The Choroideremia Research Foundation, Inc. is recognized as a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit charitable organization by the United States government. To make a donation via credit card, please use the PayPal link provided below. If you would rather make a donation via check or money order, click on the link below to print out the Contribution Form. All donations will be issued a receipt letter for tax purposes. Monthly Support
In response to requests that the Choroideremia Research Foundation offer a frequent giving program for our supporters, we have created a method for you to give once each month. This is a great way to show your on-going support for research. The CRF will send you a letter each month a charge is made, showing the amount of the gift for your tax records and expressing our appreciation for your generosity. Simply click on the button below to set up your monthly recurring gift.
